Mr. French’s Workshop & Gallery is both a workshop and a gallery, as the name implies. The gallery is an intimate yet open space dedicated to the revolving exhibition of works by local artists. The workshop specializes in art and antique restoration and furniture repair, and the preservation and presentation of fine art.

The Southside Art League was conceived in 1963 then organized in 1964 as a non-profit organization with 59 Charter Members. In 1990 the property at 299 East Broadway was acquired, and has been the home of the Southside Art League for the last 12 years. The Southside Art League has a Board of Directors of 20 and a current membership of over 200.
Instructional classes are offered in oils, watercolors, acrylic, drawing, portraiture and pottery. One day and week long workshops are also offered. The Southside Art League currently has eight instructors teaching 15 classes. Classes are available for both adults and children.

Pulse Creative Partners is a “human impact” design firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana. From branding and logo development, to advertising and web design, our goal is simple, to focus on helping churches, mission organizations and other “people focused” organizations communicate their purpose in a meaningful way that improves their ability to influence and impact lost and forgotten people.
In addition to helping churches and non-profits, we are also beginning to open our space up for use by local artists as a gallery space for receptions and events. Ultimately, our goal is to be able to help new and budding artists get noticed so they can make a living doing what they love.
